Harriet Warlow-Shill
Founder, Partner
Harriet is the Founder & Principal of an innovative firm with a focus on client service, dedication and excellence.
Harriet has significant experience interacting with clients at senior management and board level as well as managing and controlling charities, construction, start-ups, and litigation areas of Law. Harriet has worked on and supervised a wide range of corporate law matters including general corporate and commercial advice.
Allon Leder
Head of Israel Office, Partner
Allon brings around 25 years of experience to Warlows. He spent 16 years with one of the largest corporate law firms in Australia where he rose through the ranks from vacation clerk to Executive Counsel. Allon also headed up the corporate advisory department for the in-house legal team of a large Australian corporate group.
Allon specialises in all areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate advisory and governance. Allon’s clients cover the full spectrum – multinationals, small and large publicly listed entities, privately owned businesses and individuals.


Christine Weatherley
Chief Operating Officer
Christine Weatherley has a diverse background in Law working for Norton Rose Fulbright for over 16 years in the Corporate and Commercial space for the Managing Partner and his team. Christine also spent 5 years with the Victorian State Government across numerous Departments undertaking high level and confidential operation and strategic Project/Administrative Support roles.
Christine is a sports enthusiast who enjoys sailing at Williamstown Yacht Club. If not sailing, will be found cycling or attending an F45 classes. Also expanding her marketing knowledge to studying Digital Marketing in order to maintain the Warlows Legal website.
Clarise D’Souza
Lawyer
Clarise is an admitted Victorian Legal Practitioner. She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Commercial Law) and a Bachelor of Laws at Swinburne University of Technology.
Clarise was one of the recipients of the New Colombo Plan Mobility Grant.
Her main practice in the law is Construction Law.
Outside of work, Clarise enjoys taking her dog on little adventures, spending time with her family, friends and discovering new places to eat.


Jaspreet Kaur
Lawyer
Jaspreet is an admitted Victorian Legal Practitioner. She completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and the Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. Jaspreet was one of the first recipients of the Alex Chernov Scholarship. Her areas of interest are corporate and commercial law.
Jaspreet was the Communications Coordinator of the student division of Lawyers without Borders (LWOB) at her University. She believes that giving back to the community is a great way to make a real, lasting difference in this world.
An avid reader and theatre lover, Jaspreet does not miss out on collecting first and rare editions of classic novels.
Eyerusalem Newport
Law Graduate
Eyerusalem completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and is currently completing her Practical Legal Training at the College of Law. Her areas of interest are corporate law, equity and trusts, family law and commercial litigation.
Eyerusalem is a proud member of the African Australian Legal Network. Eyerusalem thrives in responding to legal challenges and finding the optimum outcome for her clients.
Outside of work, Eyerusalem enjoys reading, listening to jazz, and spending time with her family and friends.


Ben Warlow-Shill
Paralegal
Ben Warlow-Shill is the new kid on the block! Fresh out of high school, he plans to study law and information technology next year. Possessing his mother’s wits and charm, he loves working at Warlows Legal and seeks the most of every opportunity to learn about the law and its intricacies. An engaging writer and dedicated worker, he puts in the hard yards for our clients while establishing positive relationships with everyone he works with. The oldest of six Warlow-Shill children, responsibility is familiar and challenge is welcomed by this young man. Also, an avid chess player, Ben is always keen for a game and, after hours, you’ll likely find him playing online or over a board with his father.
Gabriella Katz
Paralegal
Gabriella Katz is currently studying Law (honours) and Arts (Psychology and Philosophy at Monash University). It is here Gabriella served as the State Treasurer of the Hineni Youth and continues to act as a Youth Leader.
Her passion for social justice, equity in indigenous people and health is evident in everything she does. Applying herself with great loyalty and reliability on every task and case she supports.


Yonathan Rubin
Paralegal
Yoni Rubin is currently completing his final year of a Law/Commerce (Finance) Degree at Deakin University. Following high school, Yoni volunteered in different institutions in Florida, New York and Israel, working primarily with children with learning and social difficulties. He has also spent time as a teacher of Jewish Studies, exploring the relationship between Jewish and Australian Law.
The dedication that Yoni displayed in his positions as Youth Leader and Teacher are all apparent in his practise of law, where he exhibits great discipline, integrity, and care. Yoni loves going on long walks and hikes, reading great books, and is very excited about his upcoming bone marrow donation, a cause for which he hopes to advocate in the future.
