Allon brings around 25 years of experience to Warlows. He spent 16 years with one of the largest corporate law firms in Australia where he rose through the ranks from vacation clerk to Executive Counsel. Allon also headed up the corporate advisory department for the in-house legal team of a large Australian corporate group.
Allon specialises in all areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate advisory and governance. Allon’s clients cover the full spectrum – multinationals, small and large publicly listed entities, privately owned businesses and individuals.
Chief Operating Officer
Christine Weatherley has a diverse background in Law working for Norton Rose Fulbright for over 16 years in the Corporate and Commercial space for the Managing Partner and his team. Christine also spent 5 years with the Victorian State Government across numerous Departments undertaking high level and confidential operation and strategic Project/Administrative Support roles.
Christine is a sports enthusiast who enjoys sailing at Williamstown Yacht Club. If not sailing, will be found cycling or attending an F45 classes. Also expanding her marketing knowledge to studying Digital Marketing in order to maintain the Warlows Legal website.
Ben is an admitted Victorian Legal Practitioner. Ben has completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) at Deakin University. Ben is currently studying his Masters of Construction Law at the University of Melbourne. Ben’s passion and main practice in the law is Construction Law. Ben is also on the Thought Action Subcommittee with the Society of Construction Law of Australia. Ben’s practice also involves General Litigation and Property Law.
Outside of work Ben’s interests are exercising, catching up with family and friends and drumming.
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Politics) from Monash University. At Monash he helped found the Australian Republic Club and served as its first President. In his final year of study he represented his university at the international Nuremberg Moot Court, arguing a fictional case in the famous Courtroom 600 of the Nuremberg Palace of Justice. His team won an international prize for a written case that they prepared.
Nicholas has a keen interest in litigation, particularly in the strategic aspects of preparing for a trial. Outside of the law Nicholas is an avid reader and a keen follower of politics.
Ariel’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (honours) and Bachelor of Arts (philosophy) obtained at Monash University. He also studied a Diploma of Languages in Mandarin and has full working proficiency in the language. He recently completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
His interests in the law are diverse and include (but are not limited to) charities law, corporate law, copyright law and criminal law. Ariel predominantly practices in charity law and corporate law. After work you can find him playing bass, running or learning Mandarin at his local café.
Gabriella Katz is currently studying Law (honours) and Arts (Psychology and Philosophy at Monash University. It is here Gabriella served as the State Treasurer of the Hineni Youth and continues to act as a Youth Leader.
Her passion for social justice, equity in indigenous people and health is evident in everything she does. Applying herself with great loyalty and reliability on every task and case she supports.
A current Juris Doctor student at the University of Melbourne with an interest in cross-border transactions and disputes. Having completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and International Studies, Chelsea combines her knowledge of the law and international relations in her everyday work.
As a Careers Officer with the Melbourne University Law Students’ Society’s Careers Portfolio, Chelsea is passionate about providing law students with access to legal networks and career information. When not working or studying you will find Chelsea in a barre class or having dinner at her favourite restaurant.
