This firsthand legal experience enables her to align operational strategy with the practical realities of legal service delivery.
In addition to her legal background, Carla has spent more than a decade working in operations across both the legal and Owners Corporation industries. She has led business transformation initiatives, streamlined workflows, improved compliance systems, and implemented performance frameworks.
Carla holds an MBA from the University of Melbourne Business School, complementing her legal expertise with expert strategic planning, financial management, governance, and organisational leadership. This combination of legal expertise and operational leadership positions her to strengthen firm performance, enhance client experience, and support long-term growth, driving innovation and modernisation across legal and administrative functions.
In her personal time, she loves spending time with family and friends, taking on volunteer roles, singing in a choir, travelling and attending sporting and major events.
