Rushil Saluja
Law Clerk
Rushil is a graduate lawyer, following the successful completion of his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree at Monash University. While studying law, Rushil developed an avid interest in Mooting and has been representing Monash University in various Moot Court competitions since. He has recently participated in the IBA International Criminal Court Moot, to be held in The Hague, Netherlands.
Before the law, Rushil was involved in various sports and represented his home state, Gujarat, in Basketball, Football, Karate, and Judo over the span of 12 years. Being a fierce competitor from a young age, he was naturally drawn to the law and usually refers to this field as the ‘Battle of Minds’.
As part of his standards, he cultivates positive relationships with the clients and provides solutions and/or guidance on their problems. He is also very passionate about litigation and constantly strives to strike a balance between optimum service and costs.
Legal experience
Rushil practices in a variety of areas of law and has experience in:
- Litigation, including Construction, Employment Disputes, and Contractual (both domestic and international);
- Commercial Matters involving Drafting Contracts, Conducting Risk Assessments, Partnerships, and Representing Directors of Companies in Liquidation; and
- Charities, including setup and registration, General Governance, and securing Grants
