Samuel is a leading commercial construction law and construction litigation specialist, advising on complex and high-stakes projects and major infrastructure disputes.

Prior to joining Warlows, Samuel had more than ten years experience working in private practice at some of Australia’s largest law firms.

Samuel is also an academic at Melbourne University, teaching construction law. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Building and Construction Committee, the Law Council of Australia and the American Bar Association.
