Elisa is an experienced family lawyer and conveyancer who is passionate about her work.

Elisa focusses on guiding clients through their marriages ending with the aim of keeping the process as calm as possible. Often people have to face a divorce with money tied up in a home and other assets and joint parental responsibilities. Elisa specialises in making sure that this complex situation is handled expertly well. The aim to help unwind the often times acrimonious situation strategically and fairly.

Elisa graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws, then completed her articles at Hallett West Barristers and Solicitors. From there, Elisa practised as a solicitor at Fogarty Bayard and Oliver, where she developed a strong foundation in family law and property matters.

In 2012, she founded her own practice — bringing that experience together under a firm built around one guiding principle: every client deserves personal, attentive and honest legal representation.

Elisa has now teamed up with the partners at Warlows Legal to develop another firm in parallel, catering to a broad range of clients and extending the client offering beyond family law and conveyancing.
