Vively, a health tech start-up business in Sydney, has recently acquired the Blackbird-backed wellness booking platform Honee. The deal sees the business double its revenue value, making it Australia’s largest wellness platform with over 3 million annual users. This acquisition is the second in Vively’s short history, purchasing Natural Therapy Pages from ASX-listed Hipages Group in June of 2020. We’re excited to continue supporting the team at Vively as they go from strength to strength.
Founders: Tim Veron & Michael Pang
Vively was founded in 2020 by both Tim and Michael, after they’d met at Venture Capital Firm Right Click Capital. Their unique view and approach to the industry is a breath of fresh air.
“We’ve got a different approach to growth coming from our background in investments and M&A. We see M&A as a unique tool for growth vs hyper-competitive marketing platforms such as Facebook and Google.”
Tim Veron
Michael and Tim are also progressing on a personalised holistic health platform with a vision to provide enhanced support to people with chronic conditions. Helping give users personalised roadmaps to better understand, access and provision practitioners for long term management of health. We wish you all the best and look forward to watching and supporting your unfolding journey!
